For Preorders

We are working hard to build your MODFI-7 just for you. We understand plans change. When you preorder the MODFI-7 you can cancel your preorder and receive a full refund at any time. Simply email us at support@modernfidelity.co or open our live chat and we'll take care of it for you.

Upon Receipt

After receiving your MODFI-7 if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it within 30 days of the day you receive it for a full refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note, product must be in like-new condition with no damage. To get a return started simply email, or chat with us.
